Established by Lisa Bolton in 1989, Prestige Settlements is now under the leadership of Shelley Foster and continues to grow as a trusted client-focused settlement agency. Each new team member brings their own unique experiences and knowledge, while maintaining the same high standards that have shaped our reputation across WA.

Shelley Barber - Director & Licensed Conveyancer
With over 20 years industry experience, Shelley has a genuine passion for every aspect of the settlement process. With no task too big, too small or too boring, she’s known for her ability to manage even the most complex transactions while making sure her clients feel informed and supported.
After trading the southern suburbs for 52 acres of rural natural beauty, she appreciates the appeal of both and is committed to helping her clients navigate the unique requirements of both metro and rural settlements.
When she’s not handling settlements, she’s handling livestock on her farm or planning her next family adventure.

Jada Senior - Settlement Clerk
Jada plays a key role in keeping all our settlements organised and on track, helping to ease any stress for our clients along the way. As a local to Perth’s Northern suburbs, she has a grounded understanding of the local property market as well as the surrounding amenities and future developments.
Her background in retail management strengthened her ability to manage competing demands and keep processes on track, all of which support her role in settlements today. Her calm demeanour under pressure and warm communication style makes her a valued point of contact for our clients.
Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her family and checking out local music festivals with her friends.

Chanel Foster - Settlement Clerk
Having grown up with family in the industry, Chanel has seen firsthand that a smooth settlement starts with listening. She approaches every interaction with care, focusing on building a genuine connection with her clients. Helping people navigate an important milestone and making it a positive experience is what she loves doing.
She’s lived on both sides of the Swan River and enjoys the coastal outdoor lifestyle that Perth is famous for. It gives her a well-rounded perspective when working with properties.
In her downtime, Chanel’s always trying new things and making memories with her friends, picking up unique hobbies like mosaic tiling a surfboard.
